The Portwest Ultrasonic Heated Tunnel Jacket combines advanced insulation technology with practical features to deliver exceptional warmth and comfort. Integrated carbon fibre heating panels offer adjustable heat settings, controlled via an easily accessible chest button, providing up to 10 hours of consistent warmth. Constructed with PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco fabric, the jacket resists water effectively, while heat-sealed seams enhance protection against wind and moisture. The Insulatex™ Pro lining delivers superior thermal insulation without adding bulk. Included is a rechargeable, durable battery pack with micro USB charging for convenience. Additional features include zipped pockets, a chin guard with an internal storm flap, and a front zip for easy access, ensuring both functionality and comfort in challenging conditions.

The use of innovative heat sealed baffle fabric increases its water resistance. The S547 also has three heat settings controlled by a button at the chest and includes a rechargeable battery that offers 3-10 hours of heat.
