The Portwest PW3 Hi-Vis Active Insulation Top offers superior warmth, flexibility, and comfort, making it an ideal mid-layer garment. Constructed with breathable, moisture-wicking Acti-Reach™ fabric, it ensures effective moisture management while allowing enhanced mobility through its innovative one-panel design and raglan sleeves. Featuring a 1/4 length front zip with a chin guard and internal storm flap, it provides adjustable ventilation and added comfort. The thumb hole design secures the fit during active use. A zippered back pocket offers secure storage, complemented by easy-grip pullers on all zips for convenience. Heat-applied segmented reflective tape ensures high visibility, meeting EN ISO 20471 Class 2 and RIS 3279 TOM Issue 2 standards. The fabric also blocks 98% of UV rays with a 40 UPF rating.
