The Portwest Flame Resistant Anti-Static Balaclava offers exceptional protection and comfort in hazardous environments. Constructed from a Modaflame Knit fabric blend of 60% modacrylic, 39% cotton, and 1% carbon fibre, it provides inherent flame resistance that remains effective after multiple washes. The balaclava safeguards against radiant, convective, and contact heat while offering anti-static properties, making it suitable for use in ATEX environments.
Designed with a high cotton content for superior comfort, the ribbed fabric ensures a secure and comfortable fit. This two-layer garment is CE certified and compliant with EN ISO 11612, EN 1149-5, and ASTM F1959/F1959M-14e1 standards, delivering reliable protection with an ATPV rating of 22 CAL/CM² and HAF of 89.7%. Ideal for cooler conditions, it effectively retains warmth while maintaining safety and durability.
This Modaflame Knit Anti-Static FR Balaclava is ideal for cooler conditions to keep the head and neck warm. The ribbed fabric allows for a snug comfortable fit.
