Portwest Expertbase Safety Helmet

The Portwest Expertbase Safety Helmet features a high-density polypropylene shell that ensures a lightweight and comfortable wearing experience. Equipped with a 4-point plastic suspension harness, it offers enhanced wearer comfort, safety, and ease of cleaning. The size-adjustable headband, ranging from 55 to 62 cm, uses a slip ratchet system for a secure fit.

This helmet is unvented, providing reliable protection for electrical applications with insulation up to 1000 Vac or 1500 Vdc in accordance with EN 50365 Class 0 standards. It is compatible with PW42 clip-on ear muffs and PW58 helmet visor carriers. A soft foam sweatband is included to improve comfort during extended use.

Certified to EN 397 and CE-CAT III standards, it withstands temperatures from -10°C to +50°C and offers lateral deformation resistance. The helmet boasts a service life of up to seven years from the manufacturing date, provided it remains undamaged, ensuring long-term reliability for industrial safety requirements.
